How to request information?
NVB will process and provide the requested information within ten business days after receiving a formal request. You can submit your request through any of the following methods:

How to file a complaint?
If you have a complaint against New Venture Brokerage, you may submit it through any of the above-listed contact methods. All complaints are handled according to the NVB's customer complaint investigation procedure.
What if you are not satisfied with the response?
If you are not satisfied with New Venture Brokerage's response, you have the following options to protect your rights:
Take legal action by filing a case in a court of general jurisdiction.
Submit a complaint to the Central Bank of Armenia.
File a case in arbitration, if an arbitration agreement exists between you and NVB.
Apply to the Financial System Mediator in accordance with the RA Law On the Financial System Mediator.
