Complaints against the Company also can be submitted through one of the above-mentioned methods. The process of receiving, considering, and responding to complaints and requests is determined by the Company's Customer complaint investigation procedure.
If the Customer is not satisfied with the response of the Company, they have the right to protect their rights in a court of general jurisdiction, to apply to the Central Bank of RA or to file a complaint in an arbitration court, if an arbitration agreement has been signed between the Company and the Customer, as well as to apply to the Financial System Mediator in accordance with the RA Law "On the Financial System Mediator."
