New Venture Brokerage CJSC provides securities custody service to local and foreign individuals and legal entities who have signed a relevant agreement with the Company. The Company offers custody and related services for securities across a wide range of asset classes, including stocks, fixed income securities, fund shares and other non-derivative financial instruments registered in Armenia, as well as issued by foreign companies.
Among others, the Company offers the following custody operations to its clients:
- Opening and maintaining securities accounts;
- Accepting and registering securities of the Company's clients transferred by other custodians or persons;
- Transfer of securities of the Company's clients to the securities account managed by another custodian;
- Ensuring two-way transfer of information or documents between the issuer or custodian and clients;
- Registering corporate actions related to the issuer and/or securities;
- Carrying out transactions with securities accounts, including payment of coupons and dividends;
- Provision of account statements and reports on operations performed with securities on securities accounts;
- Other services related to the recording of ownership and other property rights on securities, including recording, transfer, termination of these rights.
