Custody of USA fixed income securities (standard): free
Custody of USA securities (not-standard): 0.3% per annum
Custody of non-USA fixed income securities: 0.3% per annum

Currency conversion: free (broker’s exchange rate)
Withdrawal: 0.1% + bank charges for funds held in accounts for at least 6 months or for transfers to an account in the country of the deposit of those funds; 5% + bank charges otherwise
Outbound transfer of securities to external custodians:
- For securities held in accounts for less than six (6) months: 5%, but no less than AMD 120 000 per ISIN
- For securities held in accounts for six (6) months or more: AMD 120 000 per ISIN

Trading fees

USA and Canada Stock Exchanges: 0.3% (AMD 800 minimum)
0.3% (bonds with par value $1 000 and more), AMD 800 per bond (for bonds with par value less than $1 000) (min AMD 20 000)
Primary investment in securities structured and placed by NVB trading platform: free
Selling securities structured and placed by NVB on NVB’s trading platform: 1%
Buying securities structured and placed by NVB on NVB’s trading platform: 5%
Other OTC transactions: Transaction based
IPO participation: 5%

You work independently in the market and have access to our technical support team.
