- Մարժինալ վարկերի տոկոսները հաշվարկվում են Actual/Actual մեթոդով և գանձվում են օրական կամ ամսական կարգով։
- Բրոքերային և սպասարկման վճարները գանձվում են յուրաքանչյուր գործարքի համար։ Գործարք նշանակում է առք/վաճառքի գինը բազմապատկած քանակով։ Միջնորդավճարները ներառում են NVB-ի գործընկերների, առևտրային հարթակների և կարգավորող մարմինների կողմից գանձվող վճարները (բորսայական և կարգավորիչ վճարներ)։
- ՀՀ դրամով գործարքների համար կիրառվում է կլորացում մինչև մոտակա տասնորդական նշանը, իսկ արտարժութային գործարքների համար գումարները կլորացվում են մինչև մոտակա ցենտը (հարյուրերորդական մասը)։
- Այն դեպքերում, երբ սակագները սահմանված են արտարժույթով, կիրառվում են հետևյալ ընթացակարգերը՝
- Եթե վճարն արտահայտված է NVB-ի կողմից առաջարկվող արժույթներով, գումարը կփոխարկվի ՀՀ դրամի՝ ՀՀ Կենտրոնական բանկի հրապարակած փոխարժեքներով։
- Եթե վճարն արտահայտված է այլ արտարժույթներով, գումարը կփոխարկվի գործարքի փաստացի փոխարժեքով և ապա կգանձվի ՀՀ Կենտրոնական բանկի փոխարժեքով։
ՈՒՇԱԴՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ. Հայտում նշված պայմաններով գործարքի կատարման դեպքում Հաճախորդն ստանձնում է արժեթղթերում ներդրումների հետ կապված ՌԻՍԿԸ։ NVB-ն չի փոխհատուցում Հաճախորդի կրած որևէ վնաս, բացառությամբ այն դեպքերի, երբ դրանք առաջացել են NVB-ի անբարեխիղճ վարքագծից։

iiOur brokerage offers three service plans designed for different types of investors. The Starter Plan is ideal for clients beginning their trading journey, providing access to the trading platform, portfolio monitoring tools, and multilingual support from our client-service team (in Armenian, English, and Russian) for basic inquiries, order placement, and IPO participation upon request, with a minimum deposit of $10,000 and a commission rate of 0.5% (min $1). The Consulting Plan is tailored for investors seeking a personalized approach, offering a dedicated personal manager who provides continuous guidance, detailed analysis, and priority access to exclusive investment opportunities, with a minimum deposit of $50,000 and a commission rate of 0.3% (min $2). ivEurope Stock Exchanges 1 include EURONEXT, LSE, XETRA, SIX, MIL, and OMXH.
vEurope Stock Exchanges 2 include OMXC, NOMX, OSE, SOMX, VSE, and BM.
viAsian stock exchanges include HKEX, SGX, and TSE.
viiOther stock exchanges include additional exchanges accessible to New Venture Brokerage beyond those listed above. Clients should inquire in advance regarding availability.
viiiFor financial instruments not included in the tariff package, NVB's brokerage commission is determined per transaction and shall be no less than twice the commission of the partner broker involved.Prior to executing such transactions, the commission amount is agreed upon between the broker and the client via phone or email.Upon request, NVB will provide the client with information on commissions charged by its partners. Any additional costs incurred by NVB as a result of such transactions are the client's responsibility and must be fully reimbursed. NVB will disclose such costs within one banking day after transaction execution via phone or email.
ix'Standard' refers to securities held in custody under standard terms and conditions.
x'Non-standard' refers to securities held in custody under special conditions or at external locations, where specific custody or management fees may apply.
xi'Securities held in accounts for less than six (6) months' refers to cases where no more than six months have passed since either (i) the securities were initially transferred into the client's account, or (ii) the funds used to purchase the securities were deposited into the account.
